Aurora Oriental Resort Sharm El Sheikh ★★★★★

Food was quite good, room little tired.

First room was very bad, bathroom full of water, terrace was looked on wall, walls in room was with cracks and TV was working very bad.

Friendly and helpful staff at all departments. Good location for beach and small parade of shops, bars and restaurants. A good quality and choice of food. A large and comfortable bedroom.

Nothing serious but like more cocktails on an all-inclusive board.

Hotel needs upgrade!!

Staff were very accommodating and professional. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Lots of options for beach and pools. Free daily beach towels and sun beds

Having to pre- order items in the a la carte restaurants; not being able to charge these items to the room; having to pay cash and staff not having change

The food had a lot of variety, the gardens are beautiful, there are a lot of pools, the rooms are pretty big.

It wasn't very clean. When we arrived we found hair and sand of previous customers in the shower. The staff is nice but some people serving at the restaurant look kinda annoyed when you ask for food. The drinks are full of sugar and cheap quality. The beach towerls are dirty, the sheets on the bad had holes. The pool closes at 6 and it's very early. The beach has a very low level of water and it's IMPOSSIBLE to swim.

WiFi in my room was an excellent bonus. Staff very obliging. Always found something to eat.

Disappointed I couldn't use the Italian restaurant (as on previous occasions) even though I was all inclusive.

Location on sandy beach was gr8. Wifi is good. Animation was pretty good ŵith aqua Dance. Food is good with vaŕities. Restuarant team waiters are helpful. Pool is cozy Also i will come to this hotel again.

The luggauge man in the reception was rude & also his manager. Pool wasnt cean enough. Hotel should offer free shuttle bus to neaama bay ot Soho Square.

Aurora is located in nab2 bay which is sandy beach and gr8 water. The animation service was good. The food was good but not verygood with many varities because too many èuropeans were here. The pool was very cuzy but not clean enough. The room was too big but need to be furbished. Free parking is availabe. My booking was room ŵith garden veiw but the receipionist Mr Mohammed Salah upgraded to pool view. The restaurant man Ahmed Basyouni was very nice and helpful

The buggage man in the receiption was so rude also his manager and i gaved him tips while he teplies this with baf smile and un polite way in talking. Hotel dont offer free bus to soho square as many hotels.

Everything at this place was very good

That they only had limited time snack at the pool and beach where it should have had 12pm till 4pm at least, plus the bar should be open till 2am at least and they should have late night meal to like others around....

The staff were really lovely and always on hand to assist. My room was upgraded which was really nice of the staff. Food was nice with a variety of options. You get what you pay for.

The person who organised taxis was a rip off. Best going outside the hotel and getting a taxi for cheap. Using dollars was ridiculous when you converted the cost and got it cheaper. I could smell weed on my side of the hotel and be warned that the partying does not end until past midnight.

I liked the rooms, the reseption staff and the billmen

The food in the restraint was really bad and the staff was unfriendly , the housekeeping were care slow and very very noisy and they don't consider the do not destirbe sign also they don't clean well and totally not friendly

The room and bed was good, also the toilet was fine, but there's a very bad smell in the toilets of the hotel and the restaurant.

The service was very bad and the quality of the food is not good and there's no much varaites , also the twoels wasn't clean , and they are not opening the air condition always at the lobby, the bar and the restaurant . And there's no snorkeling area in the sea

It was huge and comfortable, and it was in a vital place, the animation team were awesome and helpful. The food were good.

No shuttle bus to anywhere, room service were not good I mean about cleaning and optimization of the room. Activities were very poor. Delay in response for anything, no food variations

The delux room furniture is fine

First of all i didn't find the room i reserved which is standered room with sea view.. They said they don't have a sea view..only along distance side sea view unlike the description offered by booking...the hotel offered me delux room with garden view instead but i was already lost my first day because of that trying to get an appropriate room Some insects in the delux room toilet..alot of mosquito at night..the reception, corridors and restaurants are not air-conditioned.. The hotel doesn't include a sea view..it takes a long distance to reach the beach since and all the area close to the sea are occupied by private villas with a free dogs in between which is scarry! Although i resurved all inclusive services i still have to pay for mineral water and soft drinks like pepsi at the room itself ! Poor entertainment program and poor lighting system..it was like abandoned cave with alot of ghosts in there I would advise the adjacent coral sea resort instead..from my place i heared alot of fun and music coming from there

the beach area and the sea was perfect

food is so bad housekeeping is so bad.. i spent 4 days and there was no change for sheets :( staff isn't cooperative.. they don't give you your rights unless u make a problem and threatens them with police.. they consume your energy with problems ..it 's not a 5 star -rated resort it must be 1 star-rated

Almost nothing except for the housekeeping whom I paid a lot of tips to clean my room and change the refrigerator as it wasn't working.

Staff was rude. Extremely unprofessional with all guests. Hotel hasn't made proper maintenance since years. Bed sheets and pillows covers were smelly and dirty, had a fight with the receptionist and the house keeping night shift manager to have them changed. Even the ones they got were old and scratchy. Food was very low quality, no variety, bad taste and staff makes you feel you are eating their own food!

The room was large and bed vomfy

Threadbare towels, not five star at all. A la carte restaurant brought us good from the buffet downstairs and the waiter tried to give us an open bottle of water from the table behind who had just left.

beach was amazing but faraway from hotel & landscape was very beautiful

food and restaurant services was bad & there were not towels and spoons & restaurant bathroom was not clean and no tissue & restaurant area is not qualified for the number of gust
